How We Do Resource Flow

We distribute resources based on need. We trust you to use ATT resources for the good of our purpose.

Money & Material Assets

Money flows in mainly through donations. ATT funds and property ultimately sit with the Mission Circle. They get distributed to different Circles, Roles and people depending on the needs of our purpose, and with guidance from our Core Values (read more in Our Approach To Money).

You need to get authorised to spend ATT money or give away ATT property. When filling a Role, you're entitled to seek money and assets to serve your Role's purpose. Some common ways to do this are by:

• talking to your Circle's budget holder (typically the Circle Lead)

• talking to another Role-holder who can grant you resources

• seeking resources from outside ATT

Time & Energy

Just like with money, our time and energy are limited. Your licence to devote time and energy to certain things depends on the Roles you fill.

If a Circle Lead assigns you a Role and you accept it, then you're authorised to devote time to that Role's purpose. If a Circle Lead removes you from a Role, that takes away that authority.

A Circle Lead can also make judgments on what work you ought to prioritise, and you're obliged to seriously consider that advice when you judge how to allocate your time between Roles and projects.
