Across ATT, there are a few digital tools we all use:
We use to track who has what authority, and who makes which decisions.
We use to store files and collaborate on documents between Core Members.
Due to budgetary constraints, only Core Members have access to the ATT Zoho WorkDrive account. If you're a Core Member needing to collaborate on documents with Associate Members or external contributors, you'll need to use another tool like a personal Google Drive account.
We use as an organisation-wide calendar.
We use for online team-wide communication and e-mail for 1:1 communication. Tip: it's worth checking with your close collaborators what their preferred comms channels are so things flow easily between you all.
On top of these, different Circles and groups of people may use other tools at various times.
