# We're All Crew

We're all crew. We help each other out and we strive to be good citizens. We strive to build an environment of [psychological safety](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychological_safety) and where everyone chips in without needing to be asked.

 In practice, that looks like:

* Looking out for things that need to be done, and doing them
* Providing everyday help, coaching and skill-sharing to others
* Keeping tabs on people's needs and energy
* Setting aside time to tend to others' needs and build relationships
* Sharing "invisible" labour - things like watering plants, closing windows and keeping spaces tidy
