Living Grants

  • To claim a Living Grant, you must follow the steps outlined in the Living Grants System

  • One-off claims, under £500 and to supplement a member's Living Grant, must get approval from @LG Steward before being paid. The following process applies:

    • Put the receipt into the folder: one-off claims (under £500). Rename the file with the following format: YY-MM-DD Supplier £11.11 XYZ. And notify @LG Steward.

    • If approved: the claimed is moved into the Claim_Invoices folder and the person making the claim is notified

    • If denied: the person making the claim has the choice to either withdraw it, amend it or request a panel to be put together from @LG Steward
