Our systems underpin our culture and are one of the main ways we embed our purpose and core values throughout the organisation. By making our systems explicit and shaping them intentionally we hope to pre-empt tensions and conflict, improve inclusion, accessibility and buy in, and support us all to act in ways which are aligned with our purpose and core values.
