We aren't a conventional hierarchy with bosses. We're also not a "flat" structure. We're structured to be highly adaptable, while also being clear about which roles make which decisions.

Holacracy

We use the rules of the Holacracy Constitution to govern how authority gets distributed throughout the organisation. This is then reflected in the roles and policies you'll find .

The Direction Circle ultimately holds ATT's overall purpose. It distributes decision-making authority and resources to its sub-Circles and sub-Roles.

In certain special circumstances, the Holacracy Constitution may be superceded by our . These are rules our company directors must legally use in circumstances where conflicts can't be resolved using Holacracy's rules.
