Governance & Structure
We aren't a conventional hierarchy with bosses. We're also not a "flat" structure. We're structured to be highly adaptable, while also being clear where different decisions get made.
There are two sides to our governing structures: the Organisation and the People.
Our governance is underpinned by:
The Holacracy Constitution. This spells out our day-to-day governance rules.
Our Articles of Association. These are rules our company directors must legally use in circumstances where conflicts can't be resolved using Holacracy's rules.
